Features:

​The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet, and cooling.

Adopts an intelligent logic control chip to calculate the battery power intelligently, eliminating tube frying.

The 5pcs MOS tubes are connected in parallel and the individual tubes resist an instantaneous current of 300Å.

High-frequency capacitor, low internal resistance, and high-temperature resistance of 105 degrees Celsius.

High power output design with 99 gear output power is adjustable for more accurate welding, and is suitable for continuous welding of thousands of points on nickel sheet and nickel-plate sheet.

With the digital-tube real-time gear display function, 0-99 gears, 1-gear is the lowest, 99-gear is the highest, and the gears are gradually increased.

Four display modes design, increasing gear display, battery voltage display,, decreasing gear display, MOS temperature display.

Real-time voltage monitoring, where the protected voltage is not in the ranges of 8-17V, it will display the UE alert code for either the voltage is too high or too low.

Real-time MOS tube temperature protections, when the MOS tube temperature exceeds 45 degrees, will display the CE alarm code.

It supports 0.1-0.2mm nickel welding sheets with solid and beautiful welding spots.

It is suitable for 18650 and other cylindrical lithium batteries, NiMH batteries, cadmium batteries, etc., and can be soldered firmly.

Flexible welding pen, 10AWG wire consists of multiple strands of high-temperature wire with high torsional resistance and more sensitive operation.

Thick pure copper welding pen design with alumina copper spots welding needles to ensure high current passing capacity and durability.

The cold pressing process can make large contact areas with pure copper joints to reduce internal resistance.

You can choose one of the following sources as your working power source:

1: Leadacid Battery: 12V20-40AH.

2: Model Battery or Large Unit Cell: 3S-4S, capacity (AH) X discharge rate (60C is the discharge rate of 60) between 100-300 is more appropriate.

3: 12.0V Car EC5 Interface Starter, with the peakcurrent of no more than 600A.

Note: Prohibiting the use of switching power supplies, transformers, chargers and water batteries to the spots welding machine power supplys will damage the spots welding machine control circuit.​
