This electric cable peeling and parallel machine is made from industrial-grade stainless steel galvanized materials, manufactured by a high-precise machine-tooled multi-processing process, are water-resistant and rust-resistant, with high hardness and long service time. It uses steel cutting blades, with sharped-edges, and is treated with an overall high-temperature quenching process that sharpens the blades, leaves no residue and is much cleaner. The outer rings fixation and the inner beveled incision allows for five-hole parallel clamping and support for automatic skinning.

With fine physics and large carrying torques, 5pcs 2.5-square cables and 2pcs 4-square cables require torques of about 8-10 and 3pcs 4-square cables require torques of about 12-15.

This product needs to be used with a electric drill, using pliers to clamp close to the parallel wire.

Stripping is more labor-efficient and fast, while treating more than three lines of 4-square meters requires the use of more than 16V electric drills.

Wide ranges of applications, suitable for electrician maintenance assembly, wire and wire processing, wire drawing, etc.

Use methods:

1. The wire will be fastened to the drill, and the wires arranged in a neat row, clamped with a clamp.

2. Aligning the wire to the corresponding slot, the clamp should be placed close to the front of the wire.

3. Turn on the drill, move to the front of the pressure point, rotate for about a second, and slowly pull out.

4. Warm-up tips: Use caution and do not pull too hard.

Note:

1. This product is not suitable for high-hardness wire: steel/iron/alloy wire and other hard materials.

2. Do not parallel wire with strong acid or strong corrosion class wire. Keep cleaning after use to prevents rust.
