This book explores American values from Critical Discourse Analysis perspectives. Evidently, it should always be sensitive to talk about values or qualities of a nation, especially of such a powerful nation as The United States of America. On one hand, this is because people are, to some extent, different and what is food for one can be a poison for another. The same can be true about people's "good and bad" values we sometimes judge.
