This is an induction heating board module for quenching, annealing and other heat treatment of small parts used by DIY enthusiasts. Strict requirements on the power supply: the 12V power supply's power must be greater than 500W, 24V is greater than 1200W, 36W is greater than 2000W, and 48V is greater than 2600W.
Important Notes:
1. Under no circumstances should no-load power be turned on (no-load means no load on the output port). When the power supply is turned on in no-load state, the board will emit high-frequency noise, resulting in the MOS tube completely damaged and beyond repair.
2. Since high power switching power supplies generally have a slow start function, that is, the output voltage rises slowly at the beginning, if the voltage is turned on at 11 V in the induction heating circuit, the circuit will not vibrate because the voltage is insufficient to open both MOS tube combustion components at the same time.
3. As long as the working current is lower than the provided maximum current, the circuit will not burn out because the fuse can protect the circuit during high-power operation.
4. The heat generated during high-power operation is unavoidable, so it should be cooled by the top of the fan during work.
5. When working, the heating coil will generate high heat. It is recommended to use water to cool the heating coil to avoid damage to the board due to high temperature.
